Could you use some help figuring out how to do everyday tasks on your computer? If you live in the Juneau area, we can come to your home or office and provide individual tutoring on your own computer. We can help you with basic tasks like these:
- Sending, receiving, and organizing e-mail messages
- Stocking your address book with e-mail addresses and other contact information
- Maintaining a calendar on your computer
- Saving files in a location that you can easily find again
- Using Microsoft Office programs effectively
After your session, we’ll provide you with printed procedures to help you remember the tasks you learned. You can also purchase follow-up telephone support on an hourly basis in case you get stuck.
